Remanufacturing of large steel structures using submerged arc additive manufacturing
– challenges and possibilities with qualification
The goal is to provide clear guidance on the application of additive manufacturing and welding standards to the qualification of the submerged arc additive manufacturing process and its components. This will facilitate the implementation and adoption of this process within industry.
The seminar is mainly addressed to decision-makers, engineers, and technicians from industries and companies interested in the potential of rapid remanufacturing of large steel components.
